Terms and Conditions for L'ART February Facial + Skincare Giveaway
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
The giveaway is open to individuals who can attend the facial consultation and custom facial experience at our clinic in South Kensington, London.
Employees of L'ART, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees are not eligible to participate.
The giveaway begins on 1st February 2024 and ends on 29th February 2024 GMT.

Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each tag counts as one entry; multiple tags are allowed for additional entries.
Sharing the giveaway post on your story grants an additional entry (optional).
One (1) winner will receive a free skincare consultation and custom facial experience by Amba at L'ART.
The winner will also receive a selection of SkinCeuticals products, specifically chosen based on their individual skin concerns.
The total value of the prize is approximately £500.
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced and notified via a private message from the official @lart_london Instagram account on or around 1st March 2024.
L'ART takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for any fake accounts or messages claiming to be L'ART.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame results in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.
The winner agrees to have their name and photo published on L'ART's social media platforms.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media used throughout the contest.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless L'ART and its employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
L'ART reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any fraud or other cause beyond L'ART's control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
Any personal information supplied by participants will only be used for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with L'ART's privacy policy.
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, they agree to accept the decisions of L'ART as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
